Going to Dublin for the first time tomorrow, as a one night only. What are the late night nightclubs? obviously there must be many nightclubs in Dublin but are there any ‘after party’ clubs and which are the best?
We like our late nights and don’t usually strole back home until 7am ish.

Ok ill answer another one of your questions.
Clearly I need to get off my ass and do something constructive but meh!
There’s LOADS so I’ll just give you some places I like that’ll be open late:
Temple Bar…(most places in Temple Bar open late btw)
*The Purty Kitchen! – There’s three levels and the atmosphere is really good…I LOVE this bar
*21’s – (maybe a bit of a young crowd but its good)
*Boomerang
*Doran’s! – This is more of a pub but they open late. Great food and live music. GREAT place!
*Viper Room – (Will be empty at 8, unbelievably crowded at 10, trust me ha)
*The Porterhouse…this has kind of a more traditional irish feel to it. Millions of types of beer lol
Elsewhere…(but Dublin isn’t really that big a city…)
*Dandelion – This on St. Stephens Green. I thought the bar was really modern but a bit dead. But i was only ever there on a Tuesday night so i dunno. The club part opens at 11 and is supposed to be deadly though
*Tripod…savage place! Best live music venue in Dublin imo. Its on the top of Harcourt Street
Ive never come across any 24hr clubs…and i go out in Dublin all the time.
Unless im missing something. lol…
‘Late’ in Dublin means 2.30 – i think that’s the best you’re gonna get…maybe get a second opinion but theres nowhere i know of.
Up in Belfast they stay open until 5 or something, maybe you should have gone there. lol xD

Leeson Street is famous for it’s late nights or early mornings. However it has the reputation for being a bit sleazy, and teh only drink you could buy was cheap wine at outrageous prices. Haven’t been there in years, so couldn’t even tell ye what they are like now.

viper room(and room is all it is, its tiny is open till 4)
Gaeity theatre is open till 4 aswell, besides that its leeson street!!

Most clubs in Dublin close around 2 or 3am.
try POD down on Harcourt St.
We go to Q Bar as the afterparty from Messrs Maguires but then again we are trashy knacker backpackers!

Club M and Fitzsimons in temple bar (lower end, but if you want to score)
Lillies Bordello on the junction of Nassau st and grafton st (more up market)
Krystal on Harcourt st. (see Lillies)
Most places close about 04.30 though.
