I’ll be there for 8 days and am looking for some ideas. I love to party and meet new people. I’d love to explore some sights and probably do some shopping. Any ideas on good places to go, or see?
coming from Canada!

Dublin has something to offer to everyone. Beginning with Dublin Castle and the Spire of Dublin, there are beautiful buildings in Dublin that can be viewed on bus tours. If you’re a museum lover, there are museums scattered throughout the city, and there are maps with walking tours for those of you who want to exercise as you explore. There’s shopping of every variety, from the upscale boutiques on Bond Street, to the Bohemian shops in Temple Bar, which, with its cobbled streets preserved from medieval times, offers a variety of nightlife options as well. For sports lovers, there’s Rugby galore, and countless pubs where you might enjoy the matches. There’s a booming independent music scene thriving in Dublin; one can see a different band every night of the week. For the more sedate, there are museums, libraries, and beautiful churches, along with the aforementioned shopping and eating. Dublin even offers the Dublin Pass, which gives free transport from the airport to the city, and free admission to 30 of Dublin’s top attractions.

Flavoured cigars? No. Smoking in public places indoors is no longer permitted in Ireland, by the way.
Lots to see and do in Dublin, get yourself a copy of the DK Eyewitness Guide to Dublin and that’ll sort you out.

You couldnt come to Dublin without going to Temple Bar! But be aware, if you are a girl and coming to Dublin on your own, its not such a good idea. Not just in Dublin, but anywhere. Its just not safe. If you are coming with friends, there is lots to do, go to Bray, Howth, city centre for shopping, check it out online. I live in dublin give me an email and we can meet up!
lol Enjoy your holiday!!
