This may be a little off the map but I live here and can tell you it’s a real kicker. Try coming to Leuven, Belgium; we’re located about 20 minutes outside of Brussels. There is an incredible amount of fun to be had day or night, it’s surprisingly calm and SAFE here but loads of fun in the Old Market at night! It really would be an experience that everyone could enjoy.

Go to a cheap, smelly bar full of drunks and drug dealers. Insist on bringing your own alcohol because they don’t stock whatever it is you think is cool. While the party is going on, loudly insult everyone in the place.
