I would say Cillian Murphy for all those three things in the question. But that is a bold answer and he is married now. (sniff)
Well here is a few places around Munster.
The best part of Ireland.
Go for some walks.
Try cinema, bowling.
The everyman is quite cheap for plays etc.
If go opening night.
Go one of the fabulous caves.
Siamsa Tire is a great place for places and fort too
Try Killarney for the night life. It is all good.
The Grand and Crypt are great Nightclubs. I am in love with the Grand though. I want to Marry it. lol.

Good luck

There are a lot of really good sightseeing opportunities in Dublin.
You can visit the cathedrals in the city centre (Christchurch and Saint Patrick’s) or some historic castles (Argillan and Malahide castle are both worth a visit).
Here’s a list more top picks:
Bars and nightclubs are easy – go to Temple bar (more touristy) or the Grafton Street area (less touristy).
If you have a bit of time on your trip Glendalough is always one of the recommeded places to visit – just outside Dublin in Wicklow county – it will blow you away in terms of historical interest and the fabulous scenery.
In Kilkenny, apart from the castle, which is its main attraction be sure to visit St Canices round tower. You can climb to the very top and look out across the city. Bit scary coming back down the narrow steps but a memorable experience.
You won’t have any problems finding bars and restaurants in Galway – The Quay bar and the Kings head are two of the most popular but it is very easy to spot the more traditional local bars as you stroll around the streets.
Enjoy…
