Anybody know anything about this hotel? Heard its a kip!

Was going to book it for an overnight in Stoke, travelling in December from Dublin.

Apparently its directly across the road from the train station and few mins taxi to Victoria Hall where we are going to a concert.

Its the cheapest hotel in Stoke i could find! Im sure theres a good reason why though!

Anybody any suggestions on cheap but nice accomodation or would this hotel suffice for one night?

thank you for the answers : I’ve never been in Ireland so, never in Dublin, I will just stay 3 days : so I look for an accomodation in the center.
Cheap for me is +/- 25 euros/person/night
